1. Eligibility – Who Qualifies as Frontliners
The Frontliners Appreciation Discount is applicable to individuals who are currently employed in the following roles within Malaysia:
Including but not limited to:
• Medical Doctors (MO)
• Dentists
• Nurses
• Pharmacists
• Medical Assistants
• Allied Health Professionals (e.g. physiotherapists, radiographers, lab technologists)
• Paramedics & Emergency Medical Services
• Hospital & clinic support staff directly involved in patient care
Including but not limited to:
• Police (PDRM)
• Fire & Rescue (Bomba)
• Civil Defence (APM)
• Armed Forces (ATM)
• Immigration officers
• Prison officers
Including but not limited to:
• Government healthcare support staff
• Public hospital & government clinic employees
• Selected essential service workers as determined by clinic management
The clinic reserves the right to determine final eligibility.
2. Proof of Frontliner Status
To qualify for the discount, customers must present valid proof of active employment, such as:
- Official staff ID card, OR
- Government / hospital-issued identification, OR
- Recent payslip or official employment letter
Failure to provide valid proof will result in standard pricing being applied.

3. Discount Entitlement
1. Eligible frontliners are entitled to:
- 15% discount on selected treatments and services
2. The discount:
- Applies to regular-priced treatments only
- Is not applicable to promotional items, flash sales, packages, or bundled offers unless stated otherwise
- Is not applicable to medicines unless approved by management
4. Discount Application Rules
1. The Frontliners Discount:
- Is valid for the frontliner only
- Is non-transferable
- Applies per visit, per invoice
2. Discounts:
- Are calculated based on the bill amount before SST (if applicable)
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be carried forward to future visits unless stated in writing
3. This discount:
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, referral incentives, corporate rates, or promotional campaigns unless explicitly approved by the clinic

5. Misuse & Verification
1. The clinic reserves the right to:
- Verify frontliner status at any time
- Decline or revoke the discount if false, expired, or misleading information is provided
2. Any abuse of the Frontliners Discount may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of discount eligibility
- Future exclusion from special programmes
6. Clinic Rights & Amendments
1. The clinic reserves the right to:
- Amend, suspend, or terminate the Frontliners Discount Programme at any time without prior notice
- Update eligible treatment lists and discount structures
2. In the event of dispute, the clinic’s decision shall be final and binding.

Cash Points (CP)
Terms & Conditions
• Points are available only to VIP/shareholders with an active membership account.
• The Company reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion.
• Points are awarded based on eligible purchases as determined by the Company.
• Points will not be awarded for trial packages, promotional items, discounted products, vouchers, or other excluded transactions (if applicable).
• Points may take a specified number of days to be credited to the member’s account.
• Points are valid only for the membership year in which they are earned.
• Points do not roll over to the following year.
• Any unused points will automatically expire at the end of the membership year without compensation.
• Points are redeemable only for the Company’s own products and/or regular-priced services.
• Points cannot be used for trial packages, monthly promotions, discounted items, special offers, vouchers, or third-party products.
• Points are not exchangeable for cash or credit.
• Membership points shall not be applied toward the redemption or purchase of any package or treatment that is presently active or uncompleted. Eligibility to redeem points for the same package or treatment shall arise only upon full completion of the existing package or treatment.
• Points are strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared with another person or account.
• Any exception requires prior written approval from management.
• Upon full utilization of all membership points, VIP/shareholders are entitled to a 20% discount on regular-priced à la carte services and standard packages.
• This discount excludes trial packages, monthly promotions, and any other promotional or discounted items.
• VIP/Shareholders are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account information.
• The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of membership accounts.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust, deduct, or cancel points in cases of error, returned goods, refunded payments, or suspected misuse.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, unused points may be forfeited unless otherwise determined by the Company.
• Any fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

- Social media
- Website
- Promotional materials
- Content may be edited for branding and promotional purposes
- Participants waive rights to compensation for content usage
- Appointment must be booked in advance
- Walk-ins subject to availability
- Unused slots are non-transferable
- No cash alternative
- No resale allowed

Corporate Privilege Programme

Terms & Conditions
The Corporate Privilege Programme is applicable to eligible corporate employees who meet all of the following criteria:
- Employed by a registered company or organization in Malaysia, including but not limited to:
- Private limited companies (Sdn Bhd / Bhd)
- Government-linked companies (GLC)
- Government agencies & statutory bodies
- Multinational corporations (MNC)
- Registered partnerships or professional firms (e.g. law firms, accounting firms)
- Able to present valid proof of employment, such as:
- Company staff ID card, OR
- Latest payslip or HR confirmation letter
- Self-employed individuals, freelancers, sole proprietors, students, retirees, or unemployed persons do not qualify for the Corporate Privilege Programme unless otherwise approved by management.
- Eligible corporate customers are entitled to:
- 5% corporate discount on selected treatments and services.
- The corporate discount:
- Applies to regular-priced treatments only
- Is not applicable to promotional items, bundled packages, or products unless stated otherwise
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or campaigns unless approved by the clinic
- A 5% referral discount is granted only to the referring customer when all conditions below are met:
- The referral is a new customer to the clinic
- The referred customer is also an eligible corporate employee
- The referred customer completes a paid treatment on the same visit or within the clinic’s defined referral period
- Referral discount structure:
- Customer A (Referrer)
Receives:- 5% corporate discount
- additional 5% referral discount
- Total: 10% discount
- Customer B (Referred colleague)
Receives:- 5% corporate discount only
- Customer A (Referrer)
- The referral discount:
- Is non-transferable
- Applies to Customer A only
- Cannot be accumulated with multiple referrals in a single transaction unless approved by management
- Discounts are calculated based on:
- Final bill amount before SST (if applicable)
- Discounts:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be carried forward to future visits unless stated in writing
- Are applied per visit, per invoice
- The clinic reserves the right to:
- Verify employment status at any time

- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Corporate Privilege Programme at any time without prior notice
- Update the list of eligible treatments and discount rates
- In the event of dispute, the clinic’s decision shall be final and binding.
